You will need to update the SDK software to run with the newer firmware. I've sent you a download link for the latest version.

Hello,

we got an alternate device for our old EyeTribe, because the usb-port was defect. Using the new EyeTribe and starting the server, we got the following error message:

INF: Eye Tribe Tracker firmware revision is 293
ERR: The Eye Tribe Tracker is running with an unofficial firmware!
Please downgrade to revision 290

What can we do to solve this problem?
