We have released v0.9.31, it is now available on your download page. You can check the release notes here.

We're still investigating this issue, it has proven a little difficult to replicate. I'll get back to you once we have an update.

Martin - I don't seem to be able to reply to PMs, but the version you sent me (0.9.31) did solve the issue I was having with multiple connected monitors.
