At the moment I can't use Eye Tribe system, I have tried also with MacBok Air and with another Windows PC (USB 3.0 integrated and not PCI-E) but the system doesn't stream data. I am sending an official email with all my problem. After lots of plug off and plug in finally the Eye tribe start. I think the problem is my PCI-E USB 3.0, but is very strange in my opinion. But tomorrow I will have the same problem for sure.

Gianluca
Statistics: Posted by skatavenom1988 — 01 Feb 2016, 12:49

Hi,
I have some news about this troubleshooting,
I have tried to use the "short" USB cable (provide with the Eye Tribe) and the system work.
I have disconnected the short cable and connect the long one (also provide with Eye Tribe) and now work.
Is probably that I have a defective cable?
Statistics: Posted by skatavenom1988 — 26 Jan 2016, 11:45

Dear all,
Yesterday I have tried my new Eye Tribe with my PC Windows 10 and a PCI Express USB 3.0 (Manhattan).
I download the SDK and all work very well....Yesterday.

Today I start the server and the following message appear in the consolle:

"The tracker device has been connected but is not working"

What happened? I can't understand

The USB 3.0 work properly because I connect my External USB 3.0 Storage and it work nice.
I have just a doubt, I just connect the USB 3.0 in the PCI Express but I don't connect the power cable, can this give me some problem?

Thank you all,
Gianluca
Statistics: Posted by skatavenom1988 — 26 Jan 2016, 11:24
