I've added keyboard shortcuts to the next release. This will make it easier to script/automate.

C - Start calibration
M - Toggle mouse redirect on/off
Escape - Mouse off (firm)

I guess you want the process to be completely automatic, e.g. start UI, perform calibration, start mouse cursor and minimize the UI? This would require a little custom programming, the calibration sample provided on Github would be a great place to start.

To apply EyeTribe as an active input modality, please instruct of hotkeys(macros multiple keystrokes) for the followings in EyeTribe UI window:

*Calibrate starts (mouse left-clicking on Calibrate) ?
*After calibration, always keep "ON" for Mouse Cursor Contro under Options ?
*Closing(exit) its window of EyeTribe UI ?
