I've had enough with this crap.

The server won't even run on OS X for more than 5 minutes before just freezing, and NOBODY is stepping in to resolve this.

I spent money on a product which I expected would be actively maintained. The Eye Tribe team has failed miserably in providing decent support, and I'm disappointed. Looks like I'm going to have to throw this thing in the bin. Screw it.
Statistics: Posted by skatapikatore@icloud.com — 05 Oct 2015, 04:48

Also same problem here on Mac OSX 10.10.3 with latest software, it really makes the eyetribe unusable because it works for just a few minutes and then freaks out. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue, I think there's a bug that needs to be ironed out, not our computers that need fixing.
Statistics: Posted by skatajl0087@gmail.com — 17 Apr 2015, 03:24

There's no limitation to use firmware 203 with the 0.9.46 version of the SDK. I think this is a USB Controller and/or firmware issue.

Please check your PM Inbox for a download link to the beta-version of the new firmware flashing tool.

Edit: It would be really helpful for us if you could copy & past the contents of the log file(s). It's located in:

C:\Users\MYACCOUNT\AppData\Local\EyeTribe\Logs
Statistics: Posted by skataMartin — 14 Apr 2015, 12:05

I'm currently running firmware revision 203. After I updated the server to 0.9.56, it says the firmware is not supported. How can I update the firmware?
Statistics: Posted by skatawxz — 11 Apr 2015, 04:01
