Hi,

You need to contact support 'at' theeyetribe.com so they can link the account you created to the order number, as only people who have bought the device can download the software.

In regards to EyeProof, there is nothing malicious with the installer, but since it is a Dropbox public link Chrome will report it as such. Once you gain access to the download page you will be able to download the EyeProof Recorder from there, and Chrome will not report it as malicious.
Statistics: Posted by skataJavier — 15 Aug 2014, 09:21

Hi,
My EyeTribe Eye Trackers just arrived and I am having problems getting the software to download on my computer.

1) I can not find an option to download and install The Eye Tribe SDK. I have created an account with TheEyeTribe but still do not see where the option to download and install The Eye Tribe SDK. When I click on the "Download SDK" button here (http://dev.theeyetribe.com/start/), I am taken to this page (https://theeyetribe.com/order/my-account/) rather than to any page with download info.

2) I tried to download and install the EyeProof Recording software at https://www.dropbox.com/s/zjvnqg96s3dhu ... .10.94.msi but it was recognized as malware by Google Chrome (the recommended browser).
Has anyone else encountered this issue? How do I resolve this? Is any component of the download malicious?

My computer specs are:
Windows 7 Professional, SP1
8GB RAM
64bit OS

I appreciate any advice that anyone can offer.
Christy
Statistics: Posted by skatageocognitionresearchlab@gmail.com — 14 Aug 2014, 21:53
