Hi Iva,

Sorry for the delay.

Please try with the latest version 0.9.49 as some issues related to this has been resolved.

If this doesn't help the next point would be to make sure that the latest drivers for the USB 3.0 controller is installed. This has proven to solve many of the reported issues with this error message.

If you have the opportunity to test the device on a different computer we could also rule out a hardware issue.
Statistics: Posted by skataMartin — 11 Dec 2014, 02:03

Hi!!!

I am trying to work with eyetribe, and in the previous times I was able to do the calibration. After this several times, I tried to use it again and the following error appears:

-the eye tribe tracker cannot stream data!
-verify that the usb host is working properly, and that the device is not already in use.

Can anyone tell me what to do to solve this error???

best regards
Iva Ribeiro
Statistics: Posted by skataiva.vilasboas.ribeiro@gmail.com — 04 Dec 2014, 18:07
