Hi Emilio,<br /><br />Just to make sure, you have placed the device below the display within 40-70cm distance from your eyes?<br /><br />If you click the Options tab and then start the &quot;API console&quot;, do you see a stream of data from the server?<br /><br />From the log it seems that the device is working properly, but does the lights come on when you start the UI? Dear Sir,<br />I just unpacked the device and connected it to a usb3 port, downloaded the SKD software and run server and EyeTribeUI.<br />Everithing seem to work properly except for the fact that the unit is not able to track any eyes...
