As I remember you should remove old version first and then install the new one.

I get the "new version is available" dialog when I start up the UI. I download the "EyeProofRecorder-0.10.107" file, and running the file brings up the 'change, repair, or remove installation" setup dialog. And the change button is disabled. Do I have to remove and reinstall in order to get this update? I am running Windows 8.1 .
