The timestamp reflects when the EyeTribe Server sampled the frame. Depending on system load (as with any program) the frame time will fluctuate.

How have you 'recorded' the disparity you mention?
Statistics: Posted by skataAnders — 06 Jun 2016, 15:34

Using the tracker at its default 30fps, I should be getting data timestamped every ~33ms. However, I'm finding that timestamp intervals are anywhere from 33-47 ms.

Does anyone know the reason for this disparity? Is this timestamp (I'm using the timestamp string) an accurate reflection of when the corresponding gaze data was acquired?
Statistics: Posted by skatastenknutsen@gmail.com — 05 Jun 2016, 19:26
