Hardware problem with lights

Hi everybody,
I would like to ask if anyone else has already experience that only 3 of 4 columns of lights turn on when I connect the EyeTribe. In particular, having the EyeTribe in front of me, is one column on the right that doesn't turn on. I tried to connect and disconnect, restart the server and everything else, but nothing changed. Any idea??

This sounds to me like a hardware failure (like literally the connection internally is broken or loose)

The problem happen to me as well,leftmost column of lights turn off and second column of lights from right side blink,
I think the problem is similar to yours.

Could be hardware but also software since the LEDs are turned on from code (once a client is connected). If we can't locate any bugs in the code we will replace your device.

- Does this occur on Windows or OS X (or both)?

- What version or the server are you running?
