Hi,
i need to update the firmware of my eyetribe (server and eytribe ui tolds me). Where can i find the flas tool and firmware ?

Hi MArtin,
thank you for the flasher.
I manged to update the firmware to revision 203 (by clicking the "Check online" button). Both version of 203 firmware did not work!
The eytribe server tells me: "Eye Tribe firmware revision is 203" (...) and after starting client calibration ui "The eye Tribe Tracker is not supported!" " The tracker device has been connected but is not working"
The device batch is "2013-12"
I also tested local firmware file "fw484_hw0201.lif" and got the same error.
Any Idea ?

My system : Win7/64, Asus X79 Deluxe board with SB3 ASMedia® ASM1042 controller.

Hello, I have the same problem and I guess I have to update the firmware too. I tried simply to uninstall and reinstall, unsuccesfully. Could you please post in my PM Inbox the link or the tool for the update?

May I also please have a link to the firmware? While I realize that the tracker will only work on a USB3 port, do you think it can be updated on OSX using parallels? Not sure if those are USB 2 or 3 ports.

Hello,

I have three EyeTribe devices: model ET1000, Batch 2014-10. I am using them in OSX 10.9+.
Using them for the first time in a few months, I discovered that they are no longer operational because a Firmware Update is needed.

I looked on your website and in your forum for a download link, but I couldn't find one. I was astonished that you only appear to be offering this firmware update through private email.

I am teaching a workshop on writing software for your device! I need the firmware update urgently so that my students can develop code for them.

Please help!

My eyetribe model is ET1000, Batch: 2014-04
firmware revision is 293.
