Shifting along the Y axis while moving the head forth or bac

Postby b37hr3z3n » 13 Aug 2014, 10:59

While using the Tracker, I encountered with the following problem: when I was moving my head forth or back relative to the Tracker, the device began shifting the returned coordinate along the Y axis relative to where I was looking. When I use the device for a short period of time, it’s not a big deal. But if I use it for a long time, it is very difficult to stay motionless.
Has anyone had such a problem? Is it possible to solve it somehow?

It is a known limitation that we are working on. There is a potential work-around found in this thread.

i have a shift on both x and y axis, are you sure it is only on y axis ? this is a major problem thay seem to be unable to correct. this technology is not working.
