Feedback bar loads (time shown) for 1 try, fails for rest

Postby JeffKang » 12 Apr 2014, 23:34

Progress bar of from sending feedback loads (time remaining shown) for one attempt, fails for rest

(This is version 33).

I tried to send some feedback. The progress bar loaded this time, and an “estimated remaining time” time showed up. At 31:56 remaining, I get “Sorry but an error occurred while transferring the feedback package”. Here’s a picture of the estimated time:

I shut down Eye Tribe, and restart it. I tried sending feedback again. I get no loading, and then I get “Sorry but an error occurred while transferring the feedback package”.

I restart. I calibrate, and I get five stars. However, it never says “estimated remaining time”.

I restart, try again, and I get one star. It says “estimated remaining time”, there’s no loading, and after some time, it says “Sorry but an error occurred while transferring the feedback package”.

At one more shot, the same thing happens as the last attempt.

Thanks for reading.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for posting, we will get it right. The UI issue will be easy to fix but it will take some more investigation to find the bug causing the upload to fail. I'll look into this once I'm back at the office.

Jeff,

The UI has been fixed and there has been some improvements to the upload functionality as well. It will be made available with the next update, due soon.
