[Calibration] I keep getting calibration failed msg

The tracker did say connected successfully, but every time I tried to calibrate, it failed. Wondering why this happened all the time?

Please make sure you are using v0.9.31, and follow this guide: http://dev.theeyetribe.com/start/

If it does not help, please use the Feedback option on the EyeTribe UI. The data collected will be used by our developers to improve the algorithms in future releases.
