- reconnect EyeTribe
- switch to another usb3.0 port
- reinstall/update driver usb3,0
- plug-in without usb3.0 driver
- search for problem in BIOS (4 way configure usb3.0)
- try 3 different version of SDK

I had to manually reinstall my USB 3 host drivers for the server to recognise the ports as USB 3. The server didn't like the drivers windows picked when told to search and install them itself.

Sorry to hear that your having trouble getting it to run.
What brand/model is your computer? Who manufactured the USB 3.0 controller on it?
In general, USB host controllers from Intel works best.

Did the tracker all of a sudden stop working? Has it worked fine before?
If so, then please contact our order support at
help@theeyetribe.com as you may need a replacement.

Don't think it is a device malfunction, I remember we have had a similar issue with another Lenovo laptop in the past. Will have to look into what the solution for that was. I've sent an email to Henrik who handled that support request.
