Hello everyone,

when i try to download the sdk from the url https://theeyetribe.com/download/
I meet a strange problem ,everytime the download progress will be broken after a long waiting time,So I can't get a completed installation pkg. at first,i guess it's the network problem ,but when i try download the file by other networks , the download always abort ,too.

I download file through the browser is Google Chrome ,version32.

I feeling very confused now.
Could some good guy can send the sdk to me by e-mail?

I can't even get to the download page. Is it possible to get a link to the SDK. I've got the device sitting here plugged in and I can't use it.

I can't seem to download the SDK either. Can you send it to me as well? romansoldiers@gmail.com

If I click on Download SDK it just takes me to my account page.

Seems the ordering system should change the status to Delivered before the SDK download link is available. Looking into issues there.

Meanwhile, check your message inbox for temporary download link.

I am also having the same issue.....every time I try to download the SDK I see no link for it......I am using a different email than the one that was used to purchase the device.....
Can you guys send me a link to download the SDK?

Hi Roman,

The account created when purchasing the device is the account that should be used to download software. If you can use it please do as it will be the way to get future updates.

For now, enjoy the temporary link I've sent you as PM

fyi, in most companies the person ordering the hardware is not the same person as the developer working with the sdk and putting such restriction on the download of your sdk is unproductive.
