What it means to write files in the api console - the pupilsize in two columns? It is the pupil size in pixels ?? or something else?

Pixels. Conversion to mm depends on distance from device. That's why we call it a relative value (to the current position).

pupil size

Postby goncagmen » 09 Sep 2016, 14:26

Hi,

I have a question about pupil size. I have read from the forum that pupil sizes are recorded as pixel.
But, I want to convert it to mm.
For the conversion is it enough to multiply it by 0.264583 ? (1 px = 0.264583 mm).
Or, is there another formula for calculation, if the person is 70 cm far from eye tracker and monitor.

Can you please help,
Many Thanks.
