Virtual Eye Tribe Device

Postby giannismoustakis » 16 May 2014, 10:40

Hello,

During the period that I write my application, i must enable and disable a lot of times the eye tracker device, because i want to test some lines of code.

I believe, that a "comfortable" solution is a software, a virtual eye tribe device with mouse control, that will replace the device.

Do you know, if there is something similar as I described above?

Regards,
Giannis

Hi Giannis,

Please help me understand, do you mean a separate software that always keeps the eye cursor re-directed to the eye position? E.g. a virtual mouse input that is always active when the eye tracker is active?

Hi Martin,

I mean, a software that replace the EyeTribe unit, and the mouse cursor is the input for the Server.

For example, during the calibration we have to put the mouse up to calibrationPoint , the right mouse click send to Server "glitch" gaze data ..

It would be a nice tool, because someone can proceed his project in different places (university , work etc) without the unit, but with the server and the SDK.
