Second monitor not detected by EyeControlClient

For whatever reason I can't get my second monitor picked up in the monitor selection box for the eyecontrolclient. I'm running Windows 8.1 on a GeForce GT 630, and it will only calibrate on my leftmost monitor regardless of configuration. The only way to get it to calibrate on my right monitor is to disconnect the left display.

Is the secondary monitor connected using HDMI?

I have "the same" issue, although my naive assumption was that the client was just buggy. My screens are of identical type, so I thought perhaps they were overlapping in the list since they would have the same name: http://i.imgur.com/hjjbyjf.png http://i.imgur.com/LATlE9n.png

The screens are both connected through my HP docking station. One is using an HDMI cable and one is using DVI-D.

Ok. We pull the monitor information from the registry, there is some filtering since it is reporting screens that are not connected (but have been). I will try to replicate this issue and have it fixed once I'm back at the office.

I will be happy to send you any info from my system that you might find useful (reg key export etc.) just let me know.

Hi Greg,

Could you please update to version 0.9.40 and report if that help to detect your secondary monitor.

Nope sorry; it still only shows one monitor.

Ok, I will have to look further into this. We have done some fixes to monitors connected via HDMI. Seems running multiple displays of identical configuration is still an issue. I'll let you know once we have a new solution.
