[Resolved] Device connected ERROR

Postby guoguocheng » 20 May 2014, 11:03

Hello,

The eye tribe worked very well before.Once, I used it as before, it showed "Device connected to a USB2.0 port". At first I thought there is something wrong with my USB3.0 port. Then I connected it to other computers' port, it still did not work. I updated the SDK . I did connect to USB3.0 port, but the server showed "The Eye Tribe Tracker must be connected to a USB 3 host!" every time.

I saw this problem on others in the Forum. I need the eye tribe to work quickly. Is there an efficient solution to solve the problem?

Hi Hobo,

If it was working as USB3.0 device and now reports as a USB2.0 device without any changes (system, drivers and OS) it could be that the USB connector has come loose and needs a little soldering.

Please contact support@theeyetribe.com to arrange for a replacement device.
