To add to previous comments on the structure, my account seems to be bugged. I originally ordered with my personal email address. Later, my company became interested in ordering units, so I placed a second order on its behalf and listed my work address for my contact address on the shipping form. Now, I can only log into my web account using my work address, which doesn't make sense at all. My account was originally created with my personal address and should have been permanently associated with it. It should not change based on the email field contained on a shipping form.

Thanks for the links Martin. I couldn't get the device working with both versions of the SDK on a Dell/Alienware 14 laptop (latest) with USB 3.0 (Intel chipset). I'll try on another machine soon and will report on a separate thread.

Good to hear that you could download the software.
Let's open up a new thread to figure out what's preventing it from running on that Alienware laptop.
