UI eyes shift back and forth laterally - 1 star not used?

On rare instances, graphical eyes of Eye Tribe UI shift back and forth laterally – one star feedback not used?
This could be another minor issue, but it's mainly just an observation.
I’ve noticed something different with this version.
The graphical eyes of the Eye Tribe UI can occasionly shift back and forth laterally and rapidly.
Instead of appearing and disappearing like in previous versions, the eyes stay in view, but they move side to side.
In the past, when there was flickering of the graphical eyes, and I would try to do a calibration, I would usually get a low star rating.
This morning, I noticed the eyes shifting back and forth.
I closed down the UI, and restarted it.
I thought that the shifting was gone, so I started a calibration to send feedback data.
I got one star, and the feedback started uploading.
After a short amount of time, I checked the progress, and it had stopped.
Maybe this was answered before, but I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to send a one star calibration, or do it over again.
I was wondering if one star calibrations are not used.
That is, if it’s that low, it’s of no use, and it’s possible that the user didn’t follow proper calibration protocols.
I tried sending feedback again, and I was able to get five stars.
I think that the upload was completed successfully.
