hi,

I'm having the same issue as other users have reported, like in http://theeyetribe.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=395&sid=edf9aca4c97dbc0434e5d8aa97e210d8. Basically the device is disconnected shortly after UI starts the error message is either:

The Eye Tribe Tracker has been disconnected!
2015-04-10 21:52:08.617 EyeTribe[65678:3221632] CameraControl Error: Control request failed: 00000000
...
[21:52:08.620] ERR: The Eye Tribe Tracker is not supported!

or:
The Eye Tribe Tracker has been disconnected!
[22:09:34.413] INF: Eye Tribe Tracker firmware revision is 203
[22:09:34.413] ERR: The Eye Tribe Tracker must be connected to a USB 3 host!

I'm not sure about the firmware issue, but the eye tracker is listed under USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Bus in my system information.

I'm running os X 10.10.1, with eye tribe server version 0.9.56

btw, it shows the manufacturer is Leopard imaging. I assume that's the brand of the oem camera used right? Is it ok to tell me what model is it?

Just received my tracker, and installed using 0.9.56 on Macbook Air running 10.10.3. Calibration works perfect (4-5 stars, and can reliably reach all white dots with my eye), but when I switch to mouse-control the cursor is super jittery, jumping 200-400px off my gaze point every second, essentially making it useless. I've re-calibrated countless times, nothing seems to fix it. Any news on this?

Has anyone had any fixes to this jitteriness? I'm wondering if the mouse smoothing isn't working and thats the bug.. Anyone?
