Variable of pupil size

Hello developers!

I have a doubt about if the pupil size is a real variable. I mean, we were trying to have a control about that variable and we were increasing the amount of light to decrease the size of our pupil and honestly we didn't capture any difference... so the question is ¿It's really information about the pupil size or just the entire eye? ¿Or maybe is the pupil + iris?

I used pupilsize the pupil size values in an academic study and it shows the expected contraction when a bright stimulus appears. Maybe you're running into floor or ceiling effects? Try switching from a black to a white screen in a dark room, e.g. with Ogama.net and report back
