I've bought my EyeTribe from someone else because I couldn't wait for the next batch.
The problem is that I cannot download the SDK now because I didn't order it

Could you please let me know how I can fix this?

Sorry for bumping the thread but I'm having a similar problem. I received my tracker this morning and wow! This thing is just so compact!
The problem is that my order page shows that it's still processing and I can't get to the download links.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please send an email with your order number to support 'at' theeyetribe.com, they'll be able to help you with the download page.

Same problems too......

my boss gave me an EyeTribe yesterday for testing puropses.
I've registered an account with your website and now I seem to have the same problem as the previous posters.
I do need the Software for Mac AND Windows, though, as we use both at work.

It would be great if you could send me the links, too.
