Helllo,
having problem with connecting eye tribe device to my MacBookPro
Computer just doesn't see it.

This device was working on Windows, but not on MacBook (late 2012, OSX Yosemite).
Is there any way to fix that?

Will check with support if we've had similar cases. Unfortunately not enough information to diagnose. I've seen a couple of instances where it's reported as a USB 2.0 device but here it doesn't seem to be picked up at all. Is there another Mac around that you could try with?
