I only buy the eyetribe, but I'm not programming and development, there is no way to use eyetribe for the most basic operation in windows7, there is no master to provide the basic windows7 procedures, such as browsing the web, click open, double-click to open the link and applications,

The development kit is made especially for software developers to get them started with building applications that using eye tracking technology. Currently, Eye Tribe does not provide software that allows you to control the OS of choice (other than a basic mouse cursor redirect). There are a couple of projects working on this, for example BKB and GazeTalk.
