I've got my tracker hopefully shipping out in the next few days, but I saw a blurb somewhere about Tobii filing a suit against you for patent infringement. Do you know what impact, if any, this will have on the fulfillment of orders (especially for those of us in the US) and software updates?

On a more personal note, how do you feel about this suit? Hope it all turns out for the best.

Empty barrels make the most noise. We're 100% confident their complaint holds no water and we're shipping just like before. We are focusing on innovation and creating great products that people can afford to buy, and use as they see fit. I can't speak for Tobii but it's a shame we're seeing poor judgment and foul tactics, I believe it will come back to bite them.

Hope this gets sorted in your favour very soon. Tobii are running scared because of the ridiculous profits they make on the back of people with disabilities. Guess they can't handle the competition..... With you all the way, Etta x
