Dear Sir,
I just unpacked the device and connected it to a usb3 port, downloaded the SKD software and run server and EyeTribeUI.
Everithing seem to work properly except for the fact that the unit is not able to track any eyes... During calibration wizard, before showing circles the picture displayed show two eyes with the cartel prohibition of access.

I have no lens or glasses.
The system is equipped with Windows 7 Ultimate.
12 GB RAM
Two display
USB3 PCI card (working fine connected with a NAS)

It follows the server log:

Hi Emilio,

Just to make sure, you have placed the device below the display within 40-70cm distance from your eyes?

If you click the Options tab and then start the "API console", do you see a stream of data from the server?

From the log it seems that the device is working properly, but does the lights come on when you start the UI? There should be two groups of dim red LEDs on each side of the device.
