I am using the latest eye tribe v 0.9.77 on surface pro 4. Whenever I connect the tracker I get the following error msg:
The Eye Tribe Tracker has been disconnected!

[14:56:52.508] ERR: Could not initialize The Eye Tribe Tracker!
The tracker device has been connected but is not working
The Eye Tribe Tracker has been disconnected!
The Eye Tribe Tracker firmware revision is 293
Accessing Tracker device
[14:57:17.433] ERR: The Eye Tribe Tracker cannot stream data!
- Verify that the USB host is working properly, and
that the device is not already in use.
Kindly suggest where is the problem.
