Windows 10 Wrong Firmware Error

Tried to use the tracker but it fails reporting firmware errors. Apparently a firmware upgrade is needed, yet no means is provided to do the update or even documentation on how to update the firmware. Not helpful.

I am using Windows 10.

Windows is also reporting the tracker is faulty.

Hi Barry,

I believe the software reports the firmware error because it cannot read the version number from the device. What is the error message reported by Windows?

If you open the Device Manager, does it show up under "Imaging Devices" as "TheEyeTribe"?

It would be very helpful if you could copy and past the contents of the log file located in "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\EyeTribe\Logs"
