Device is connected but LED's are off.
Posted: 13 Mar 2015, 00:32Device had previously been working fine. All of a sudden, only the left-hand side LED's were turning on, now no LED's turn on. Device is recognized by Windows, server + UI.
Sounds like LED board connector has come loose ( this would be the first to my knowledge). No worries, please contact Rasmus on support @ theeyetribe.com to have it fixed.
For quality control please tell him how it has been used. Frequent traveling etc. Could help us to make sure it doesn't happen again.
