Has anyone received their tracking number yet?

Another batch arriving at the fulfillment center tomorrow whereby two thirds has been shipped. Those who are about to receive a device will get a tracking number on email within a day or two.

Right now it looks like the last batch will go out in about 10 days, this will cover everyone that have ordered up to that date (we're finally reaching capacity).

I pre-ordered on the very first day pre-orders was announced.

Got this status update with my tracking number:
"The item was scanned in the country of destination South Africa at Jan 14, 2014. Unfortunately the country of destination South Africa offers no nationwide tracking and tracing up to the recipient."

At least I know it's somewhere in the country, actually getting it is another question, can't wait, let's hope for the best.

Just got an update ping from USPS:

Processed Through Sort Facility | ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)

I called USPS and spoke to someone there who indicated that I should be pleased that it's only been two days since it got to the facility, as the average processing time is 1-2 weeks
He indicated that it might not take my package that long, but patience is not my strong suit.

I suppose it gives me more time to work up the base code of my application before integrating the eye tracker.

I am still waiting for my order. It was ordered on 12th November.

Did anyone get the tracker who had ordered it around that time ?

Also, has anyone used the surface mount ??

I've ordered it on 11th of November and didn't get either e-mail or order yet. I still hope to recieve the order by the end the month, but it comes to an end

By the way, I wonder what delivery service would be used? The reason for this question is that it count for much if it would be delivered through my country by the state service, because they work ten times slower then any other company...

And if anyone from Russia did get his order already, please let me know how long did it take?

My package has left New York, passed through Massachusetts, and is now in New Hampshire. I live in California. Is USPS drunk?

Yay, I received my package today!

Only 1 problem, I order 2x eye trackers and received only 1 in the package
The 1 tracker was suppose to be mine for development purposes and the other 1 for my Dad that suffers from A

EDIT: Ok, so it looks like each tracker is posted within its own package. Great support from theEyeTribe !!
My 2 eye trackers ended up at different post offices thank God for tracking numbers.

My tracker finally arrived yesterday in the mail, although I had to basically run down the postman to get it. Turns out they won't deliver registered mail to my apartment. If possible, I would avoid delivery via USPS in the future. While I've had my share of issues with every delivery service, USPS seems to have the hardest time getting things to me. Hope the rest of your trackers arrive safely!

Last batch is leaving China, made it before their New Year. Arriving European fulfillment center next week.

We acknowledge slow shipping, especially to the U.S. during recent winter storms. Investigating alternatives to USPS.

By end of next week all orders until date will have shipped.

The planned headroom is disappearing quickly as orders keep coming in.
