I find that the EyeTribe UI stops receiving data after a few minutes. At this point if I kill the server the device's LEDs remain on until I physically disconnect it. How can I help you guys solve these kind of issues

A couple of questions to help recreate this issue. I'm at this point not sure to why this occurs on your system.

What version of Windows are you running?
How and when does this occur? For example, moving the device, enabling options in the UI?

This is on Windows 7 x64, i5-2400, Radeon HD 5400. It happens when the device is just sitting around with the Config UI open. After a while the eyes won't move and at that point killing the server leaves the device with the LEDs on. I had this happen at least 3 times.

Hey bostwickenator,

We'll be releasing an updated version tomorrow that hopefully solves this issue. Plus a fixes for multi-display setups (especially when mirroring displays).

Update: Please check your messages inbox for a PM with a download link to try the new release.

Since the last post is from March I mark this post as resolved.
The bug was addressed in version 0.9.32 and further improved with 0.9.35.
