[Resolved] Cannot be detected as a USB 3 device

Hi,

After a few weeks of use, all of a sudden the server is throwing an error (see following screenshot):

I get also a message in the task bar that this device can operate faster etc.

I tested it in 5 PC's, all running windows 7, both x64 and x86 architectures.

Do you have any idea of what is happening?

Most likely the USB3.0 connector on the device has gone bad. We've seen this on 15-20 devices and we're of course replacing them asap. Please contact support at theeyetribe com to have it arranged.
