ERROR: Could not initialize The Eye Tribe Tracker

Hi

I kept getting the error saying "could not initialize the eye tribe tracker".
The error has been present since I first started the server using 0.9.20; never got past it.
Then I uninstalled the 0.9.20 SW+UI and installed the 0.9.27 SW+UI, unplugged and replugged the device, still receiving the same errors.

The USB 3.0 works and The server could detect the (dis)connection of the Tracker.

My tracker is like-new, even the protective sensor guard has not been removed yet. Any idea what could be causing the problem?
