Hi. We're trying to get the EyeTribe to work but we keep getting the same error message "The tracker device has been connected but is not working" when trying to run the SDK. We're using a HP Compaq Elite 8300 All-in-one computer with Windows 7 Enterprise. We've tried using two different eyetribe eye trackers but still get the same error message making us think it's not a hardware problem. Do you have any idea how we might be able to fix this problem?

Hi Parkin,

Most likely missing drivers for the embedded Intel USB 3.0 controller. You can download them from HP here.
