Yes! Five 5 stars, one 4 stars, and one 3 stars.
Three of those 5 stars, and one 3 stars were from attempting to send feedback. In regards to the feedback, it still doesn’t seem to send it. I’m again given the option to send an error report. I just sent 4 error reports.
But yeah, there’s no flickering anymore.

Edit: I just tried it again. There's still some flickering. But I think 36 is a noticeable improvement over the last version.
Edit 2: the flickering completely stopped two minutes later.
